Job Descriptions


  • Provide customer service duties such as attending to incoming calls, redirecting calls as well as visitors/vendors
  • Perform other general administrative duties including but not limited to courier services, sorting out mails, faxes, filing and documentation
  • Handle, sort and distribute both incoming and outgoing letters and deliveries
  • Assist with booking of meeting room facilities
  • Perform any other adhoc duties assigned by reporting Manager
  • Working hours - 1pm to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays
