Job Descriptions

  • Super user duty for LDS and all related business systems
  • Provide support and ensure compliance with in-house processes and routines
  • Conduct frequent training and refresher courses and provide evaluation and improvement activities
  • Weekly submission of Sales reports, parts sales analysis, lost sale analysis, campaign sales reports, etc
  • Provide quick and excellent service and response to customers' inquiries and requirements to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Preparation of quotations and invoices to all customer types for all forms of enquiries (telephone, fax, email, walk-in, etc.)
  • First level back order recovery activities and follow up
  • Follow up on all AR issues and ensuring prompt payment by customers
  • Month-end closing activities
  • To be cross-trained in other areas of Parts Division (e.g. inventory planning, etc.)
  • Provide back-up support during other team member's absence
  • Provide parts counter, workshop parts and technical parts support as required
  • Undertake any other tasks, special assignments and/or project work assigned by management


  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics or its equivalent, preferably with experience in automotive or distribution industry
  • At least 4 years hands on experience in the following:
  • Spare part business experience as an executive in the automotive field
  • In-house retail and support systems (experienced LDS user will have an advantage)
  • Good analytical skills that translate to meaningful business reports
  • Good understanding of technical aspect of the part business (knows where to find a differential)
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a structured manner
  • With pleasant personality, with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels
  • Needs to be customer focused and be a fast learner
  • Problem solving and crisis management skills
  • Results oriented

Other Information:

  • Working hours: 9.00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Work Location: Tuas Avenue 10 (With transportation)
  • Salary: Up to S$3,500.00
