About the job:
Responsible for the delivery of excellent frontline patient services
Ensure proper and accurate registration of patients
Supporting the doctors and nurses (eg. translation, chaperoning etc)
Ensure stationery supplies are replenished in the consulation room
Ensure prompt scheduling of follow-up appointments
Render administrative support to doctors / nurses.
The successful applicant:
GCE 'N' / 'O' levels, ITE, Diploma in any field.
Some frontline/F&B or customer service or clinical experience are added advantage.
With keen passion to work in the healthcare / medical industry.
Must be PC proficient.
Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working location: Central, North Or West
Office hours/2 shifts/3 shift available
Salary will commensurate according to qualification and experience.
