Our client, a global multinational corporation providing medical related services to international organisations.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering professional and expert concierge services to customers
  • Handle customer requests on behalf of our clients, via phone, email, and/or chat

 

Requirements:

  • Possess call centre experience from hospitality industry
  • Well versed with luxury / lifestyle sector (fashion, fine dining, etc)
  • Enjoy helping people and solving problems
  • Customer service oriented, result driven & good team player
  • Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • Open to Singaporean & Singapore PR only

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Salary - $15 per hour
  • Expo 
  • 3 - 5 Days per week (Min 4 hours per day / 8.30am - 12.30pm)
