Job Descriptions


  • To ensure professional and efficient administrative, organisational and logistical support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Assist CFO in organising and prioritising his/her schedules and work as well as that of the Group
  • Maintain CFO's special projects and to support, assist, coordinate and track Group's key projects
  • Manage Group performance appraisal and calibration process
  • Deal with Government organisations, statutory boards, offices of SSC members and other external organisations on official matters and liaison with SSC officers to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken care of
  • Maintain accurate and confidential record-keeping and filing system for CFO
  • Dissemination of decisions and information to the relevant officers in a timely matter
  • Prepare meeting materials and consolidate reports for CFO
  • Answer phone calls, screen calls and redirect queries; drafting of simple correspondence for CFO
  • Produce monthly expense claims for CFO and handling of travel arrangements and hotel bookings
  • Any other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years of working experience as PA to senior management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
