Assist Directors on internal communication such as Regional Conference, Quarterly Webex, Newsletter, Announcement and etc
Calendar Management – Schedule & take notes of Director’s daily appointments and meetings. Coordination of Time/ Locations / Facilities for meeting
Responsible for proper dissemination of all information of Director’s office to functional board
Be recognized as a key contact person of RI APAC Region
Travel arrangement - Preparation of Travel Kit with travel Itinerary and relevant documents for Director’s meetings and trips
Business partnering - Proactively prepare presentation slides for meeting & consolidation of data if required
Any other Ad hoc duties as and when required
Expense management - prepare corporate credit card claims, general expense claim for Directors
Office management - provide effective and efficient office management service to the office and ensure the smooth running of the office
Requirements:
At least 4 years PA experience for top management in MNC
Have relevant experience liaising in the APAC region
Professional PA qualifications are desirable
Experience in Communication is a strong plus with good writing skills
Proficiency in taking minute
Proactive, independent, mature and reliable
Demonstrate strong capability in coordination, time management and organisational skills
Command great organization awareness and excellent communicate and influencing skill
