Job Description:

Planner (Max 3300/West / 5 Days / Oil & Gas)
West

Responsibilities:

• Identify resource needs for manpower, materials and equipment
• Implement project controls and monitor progress of work
• Highlight to project team on issues causing delays to project completion
• To liaise with clients regarding site issues

  Review and recommend material substitution

• Perform planning, scheduling, sub-contracting and execution which includes acquiring of resources needed for on-time delivery.

• Raise material requisition in advance and monitor the delivery status to ensure that the order is on-time.

  Review and recommend material substitution.

• Monitor and report progress of project/job implementation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent
• At least 3 years of planning experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to schedule events, activities and resources
• Good analytical skills and a hands-on person
• Good communication and writing skills
• Singaporean / PR/ Malaysian
