Presales Consultant or Engineer, EAI/EDI
Our client is an IT Multinational company, providing B2B and supply chain management solutions to the customers. It operates a global network services platform to enable the customers to conduct business together in real time.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing presales support to the customers in the region.
Responsible for Product Demonstration, presentation, writing proposals, responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs.
Experience in end-to-end management of all technical aspects of an account through the entire presales phase of an opportunity and into the posts-sales stage including delivery of solution and constant customer satisfaction.
Work with sales team to develop convincing replies to RFP/ RFI.
Responsible to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, answer technical questionnaires and implement proof of concept activities.
Lead the technical qualification and opportunity assessment.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Have min of 8 years in the enterprise solution space with a min of 4 years of in the presales capacity.
A strong understanding of the supply chain process, strong experience in e-business, B2B, EAI/ EDI and Enterprise Integration Technologies.
Working experience and strong domain expertise in at least one of the manufacturing, Logistic or Finance & Banking industry.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Good command of English. Fluent in spoken and written mandarin will be a plus.
Annual Remuneration: SGD 120K-180K per year (Base salary + Bonus)
