Preschool Principal

Job Descriptions

  • Overall in-charge of a childcare centre
  • Oversees all functions of the childcare centre, including finance, lesson plans, curiculum planning, human resourse, staff and student's conduct, etc
  • Enforcement of all SOPs
  • Ensure conformance to regulatory requirements
  • Establish good relationship with parents, staff, and children
  • Ensure smooth operation of the centre
  • DECCE-L, Diploma in Preschool Teaching, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or similar
  • Degree in similar fields are most welcome
  • Minimum 5 years of early childhood education teaching experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
