Job Descriptions

  • To sustain, develop and optimize process capability, Manage Equipment upkeep, Capex,  to meet operations goals, as well as manage a group of Equipment/Process  Engineers and Associate Engineers
  • Prior experience in MEMS backend processes, specialized in wafer backgrind and dicing of bonded wafers
  • Experience in handling half cut dicing process and dicing tools
  • Experience is Managing Okamoto and DISCO grinder, Tape/Detape tools.
  • Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements.
  • Establish plans and procedures for Lots Disposition.
  • Spearhead projects to improve quality cost and throughput.
  • Forecast financial budgets for test wafers and process-related expenditure.
  • Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization.
  • Document and implement process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment.
  • Set-up projects to upkeep process capabilities and reliabilities.
  • Start-up new processes, which involve process characterization and development.
  • Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes.
  • Liaise with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality.
  • Facilitate in QIT programs to improve process capability.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab.
  • Initiate and complete TWO project per year that will help to reduce either cost, yield, or productivity.
  • Manage Capex and new tool panning/installation
  • Manage tool uptime, Upkeep, MTTR, MTBF

Job Benefits
