You will be responsible in overseeing the daily operation of the centre. Monitoring and training of the teachers' conduct and quality of curriculum deliveries. Part of your responsibilites are also required to plan for all the major centre's events and celebrations. You must be able to provide guidance and support to teachers in the care and nuture of children. Provide leadership to the team in the area of early childhood development and teaching. Lastly, to maintain good communication and rapport with the parents.
To be qualified for this role, you must possess a degree in early childhood education from a reputable university and is a effective team leader. Minimum of 2 years experiences in childcare industry. Holds avalid first aid certificate recognized by MSF. Passionate with children, able to be articulate and confident with parents. Someone with good execution skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Due to the limited foreign labour quota, only Singaporean and Singapore PR candidates are preferred for this role.
