Job Descriptions

The successful candidate will manage fast moving inventory through timely ordering and supply of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Through skilful coordination with internal partners and our warehousing operations and through good relationship management with our Principals, he/she will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Administrative work in relation to inventory management
  • Order processing and data entry
  • Verification of suppliers’ and principals’ invoices
  • Support administrative work of the department

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Levels or Nitec
  • Experience in inventory management and/or logistics operations preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills - ability to use Excel functions VLookup & Pivot Table is a must
  • Good in Math and Analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
