The Global Service Delivery team is made up of more than 10,000 individuals encompassing our front-line Service Delivery Network, The various organizations in our team are responsible for directly delivering superior service to our customers, or providing back-end support to both our travel counselors and clients. In addition to assisting travelers with bookings and issues they have on the road, the candidate is also required to:

  • Complete accurate records of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing/routing
  • Work professionally and independently in providing Business Travel Services i.e. planning of itineraries, making reservations, ticketing for the regional markets
  • Maintain accurate and updated Personal Client Profile
  • Check document validity; provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation
  • Maintain very close working relationships and good coordination with regional office to ensure end to end ticket/document delivery
  • Confirm travel itinerary request by email/fax etc. within the stipulated SLA
  • Inform customer instantly by the preferred communication channel for any changes of travel schedule
  • Remind customers of issuing air tickets and other documents within the stipulated SOW/SLA
  • Build and maintain good working regional relationships with customer
  • Minimize errors and mistakes by gaining knowledge of procedures, products, rule and regulations
  • Solve day to day regional operational problems

What you need:

  • GCE "O" / "A" Levels
  • IATA/UFTAA Diploma an advantage
  • Minimum3 years in Ticketing and Fare construction or a minimum of 5 years superior Customer Service experience with an interest in travel
  • Pleasant and customer oriented; patient and able to work under pressure
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in Galileo GDS system highly desirable
