Key Program Implementation: Effective execution of marketing & promotional plans eg. screening programs, patience experience program & public forums.
Strategic Sales Objectives: Achieve strategic key objectives ad directed by key franchise eg. market growth, sales growth, product strength ratio, number of new accounts, formulary listings & new product market priming.
Territory Management: Optimize overall sales results performance through effective territory management through reach & frequency, call rate, field day and DDD Analysis.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrate high level of sales expertise and relationship management through product & disease knowledge; selling skills, product presentation skills and managing customers.
Degree in Science, Arts or Business with 8-10 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
Those without experience but keen to establish a career in pharmaceutical sales will be considered for entry level position.
Strong communications and presentation skills, positive attitude and sales oriented.
Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills.
