Interact with customers at all levels on matters of business outlook, quality, delivery, cost, product/engineering changes and new business opportunities.
Lead and coordinate the transfer of Cable Assembly from US to Batam factory.
Monitor and review the business on the assigned accounts to meet the financial and operational objectives.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules and new project start-ups through efficient coordination with all functional groups inclusive of procurement team.
Liaise with the factory on technical, quality and production issues that affect the programs being managed.
Prepare business forecasts and make presentation to management.
Prepare cost estimates for RFQ’s.
