Our client, an established healthcare group, providing excellent clinical care, research and education. One of the leading players in the healthcare industry.



  • Key administrator and provide admin support to Postgraduate Medical Education Program of the Department
  • To support the operations and development of the Postgraduate Program in the Department
  • Serve as primary educational contact person for the Division/Department
  • Assist Program Director with continual development of program and curriculum
  • Assist Program Director to develop and manage trainee competency portfolios
  • Track duty hours, monitor and document compliance
  • Track all evaluations, monitor and document compliance
  • Maintain documentation of all Training Records
  • Perform admin duties including processing of claims, scheduling of meetings and organize events to promote team bonding amongst residents and faculty
  • To support and ensure successful ACGME-I Accreditation
  • Understand and keep abreast of ACGME-I requirements for institutional, core and program and/or subspecialty
  • Assist Program Director to implement and document new initiatives as directed by the ACGME-I
  • Complete and/or facilitate annual required surveys
  • Prepare annual Program Letter of Agreements (PLA) with participating institutions
  • Coordinate completion of Program Information Form (PIF)
  • Organize internal review with the Central GME Office
  • Coordinate both site visits on pre-review and the actual site visit



  • Possess a local Degree with at least 2 years of Programme / Training Admin experience
  • Prior experience from healthcare industry is advantageous
  • Excellent EQ and mature in approach to balance needs and expectations
  • Competent writing skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Work well under pressure and independently
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
