Project Associate / Manager
This position is based in Singapore, and we particularly welcome fresh grads from Com. Sci/Engineering background.
Department: Business Operations & Research
The Business Operations and Reserach team is the force behind gathering consumer trends and data, before preparing relevant presentations to assist Sales with key account pitches. In addition, collaborating closely with clients and Web developers, we help to manage web projects from inception to launch phase.
Role: Project Associate / Manager
You will assist Sales to analyse campaign briefs and gather relevant data before preparing presentation decks for pitches. As such, you MUST be resourceful and demonstrate a strong intellectual curiosity. In addition, you will also assist to manage web projects to ensure that deadlines are met and coordinate the flow of information between internal stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing research on consumer trends/insights.
Work with Sales to package up presentation decks
Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage website development projects from start to launch
Constantly look at more efficient Web tools for the team to manage workflows

Strong visual sense in packaging up concise presentation decks
Experience in managing CMS driven websites
Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter
Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
Manage internal requests across various deparments
Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering projects under tight time constraints
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
Experience
At least 1-2 years experience in managing website development projects will be a plus.
