Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain communication with clients, inspectors, vendors and internal office
  • Ensure Timely submission of required reports/ information/ CVs to internal network or clients
  • Maintain, manage and follow up work allocation of inspectors (local/ international country)
  • Coordinate and prepare work scope of inspection request for allocated inspectors ensuring that all instruction are clear and correct
  • Update project details and maintain project documentation in systematic and timely manner
  • Raise and issue invoices in accordance with the contract
  • Preparation of quotations and completion of related documentation required
  • Build good and sustainable relation with clients and source for repeat business opportunities
  • Preparation of quotations and completion of related documentation as required
  • Accurate and timely administration and organisation of work and scheduling of inspection activity

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in project administration /┬áliaison and coordination
  • Possess good spoken and written English languages skills
  • Possess good customer service, liaising and coordination skills
  • Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and possess proactive attitude
  • Able to work under tight deadline and pressure
  • Must be proficient in MS Office. A quick learner for other tools such as Lotus Notes and other in-house software
  • Able to start work within short notice is added advantage
