Responsibilities:
Ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding of engineering principles
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and will be able to build and develop relationships, both internally and externally
Responsible for achieving the division’s annual sales target
Prepare costing proposal, tender submission and contract negotiations of projects
Produce drawings & documentation, monitor work progress and feedback
Prepare monthly project progress report
Coordinate fabrication and final testing in factory and commissioning
Provide good after sales support and rapport with customers
Any ad-hoc projects or responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years related working experience
Project management experience to co-ordinate contract requirements and production
Auto-CAD knowledge/skills and ability to conduct Engineering calculation and analysis
Able to read and interpret mechanical/structural drawings and plans
Must be responsible, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new challenges
A strong team player with ability to work independently and under pressure conditions
