Communicate and coordinate with customer, clarify requirement, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project
Supervision of contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff
Site work supervision and ensure that targeted completion dates are met and within acceptable standard
Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation and attend daily site meetings
Requirements:
At least diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
More than 3 years’ related project management experience, preferably experience in handling ACMV projects, from design to commissioning
Experiences with industrial/ commercial air-conditioning/ chiller systems strongly preferred.
Strong technical abilities & interpersonal skills
Proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office
Demonstrates pro-active approach to problem-solving
Independent & self-motivated
Able to work under tight schedule
