Our client is a well established company in the events industry. The company has more than 15 years of experiences supporting major events and exhibitions locally and regionally.

Project Executive
Part of the Operation team responsible for project management and account servicing
Project manage and ensure the smooth execution by the production team
Ensure clients expectations are met in accordance with agreeement so as to uphold the standard and reputation of the company.
Monitoring of deadlines and deliverables of various teams.
Assist the Project Managers
Requirements:
Technical Cert, Diploma or degree holder in relevant field
At least 1 year experience in project management
Some experience in sales and business development is a plus (e.g Exhibitions and product roadshows)
Highly independent, resourceful and result oriented
Ability to communicate well with all levels
Ability to speak well in English and Mandarin
Ability to multitask
Fast learner especially in terms of understanding technical details and drawing.
Ability to communicate with contractors and production crew effectively
Good PR and commmunication skills
Hardworking, friendly and likeable character
Works well independently as well as in a team
Open to working extended hours and weekends if necessary.
Singaporean or PR is preferred unless you have good relevant local experiences.
Fresh graduates with good project/events management experiences will be considered
Min. Education Level : Technical Certification
Field of Study : Business Administration / Engineering (General) / Industrial Design
