Responsibilities:
To lead and manage interior fitting-out projects from inception to completion. This includes planning of work and delivery schedules, monitoring of works on site, maintaining close rapport with clients, preparing monthly progress claims, cost control and contract reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years and above of project management experience
Knowledge of the construction / related industry
Good communication and leadership skills
Computer literate
Disciplined, able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
