Responsibilities

You will provide day-to-day support and administration for the desktop computers, peripheral equipments and software for the EDB office. Duties include and not limited to the following:

  • Manage the problem resolution process together with 3rd party service providers on hardware and software fault, operational matters as well as trouble-shooting and resolution of problems
  • Hardware and software support and configuration
  • Network connectivity testing
  • Carry out Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) service requests within EDB Office
  • Ready to travel to overseas office within short notice when required
  • Order computer supplies
  • Maintain telephone system 
  • Other duties as required 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science / IT or related qualifications
  • Possess the relevant technical IT expertise and skills
  • Possess relevant security knowledge or skills
  • Mnimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to speak and write clearly in English
  • Possess good customer service and problem solving skills
  • Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
