The Project Sales Manager / Specification Manager will be the brand embassador within the architectual/interior design community that is based in Singapore. The selected candidate will be driving activities that will translate into projects to our client across APAC that will be driven from Singapore based firms.

Client Details

Our client is a leading design company providing premium products into hospitality and residential sectors across the region. They have been growing their market share since they established their presence in Singapore and now they are highly recognised within the industry. They are known for their high quality standards and innovative product design.


The Project Sales Manager / Specification Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop strong relationships with top interior design firms in Singapore
  • Create and manage project pipeline across APAC that is specified by architects based in Singapore
  • Responsible for managing relationships with key designers and developers
  • Interact with Global HQ and regional sales team on market strategy
  • Spearhead new product development and market strategy
  • Supply information to the HQ regarding market trends, competitors, and voice of customer
  • Lead training programs for distributors, architects and designers


The successfully candidate should have the following criteria:

  • Strong network within the architectural community and developers in Singapore
  • Experience representing premium brands, sales pitch should be design focused and not price driven
  • Able to create long lasting relationships with key accounts within hospitality and best architectural/design firms
  • Collaborate effectively with Global HQ, and Regional Sales Department in a matrix set up
  • Able to analyse and report effectively forecast and market information to the Europe HQ
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
