Your principal function will be the administration of the maintenance and servicing contracts for SIA Group premises. This will involve tracking contract expiry, preparing and reviewing specifications jointly with colleagues responsible for the maintenance of these premises, preparing tender documents, evaluating submissions and putting up recommendation papers.
The job holder also oversees the running of the mail room and the internal mail distribution across the SIA network.
You should possess a recognized University degree, preferably with Honours in Building Science or Quantity Surveying with minimum two years of post graduate experience in contract administration or facilities management. Good analytical, IT and communication skills are essential.
