- Prepare and maintain suppliers list and sales summary reports   
- In charge of Hotel booking and air tickets
- Receiving phone calls and guests
- In charge of puchasing and maintaining stationeries and pantry supplies
- Admin duties including data entry
- Ad-hoc jobs by the management
- Min O level
- Proficient in MS Office and Internet
- Pleasant deposition, willing to learn
