Job Descriptions

  • Coordinate and execute internal quality assessment programs to ensure compliance to applicable corporate and regulatory standards, and verify the effectiveness of quality systems. Support and maintain the system for training and qualification of internal auditors.
  • Coordinate and support external / regulatory inspections, corporate inspection as well as follow up actions till closure.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and promote awareness of regulatory compliance requirements such as GMP, ISO 13485
  • Coordinate assessment of new / revised standards / regulatory guidelines and to ensure timely implementation of applicable regulations / standards.
  • Administer the system for product/process change controls.
  • Support other regulatory compliance activities as required.


  • Degree in Science or Equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in preparation and review of periodic product quality review.
  • Good understanding of statistical tools and application desirable.
  • Willing to work in Tuas with transport pick up at Jurong East or Choa Chu Kang.
