Our client is an international, knowledge-based group that supplies high-technology systems and solutions to customers in the oil and gas industry, the merchant marine, and the defence and aerospace industries.



  • Participate in the formulation and maintenance of the company Quality & HSE programmes which include certifications and audits
  • Participate in enhancements of work processes to improve quality, HSE and productivity
  • Implement necessary actions to ensure quality products / works according to company quality management system
  • Develop audit plan and conduct audit.  Verify audit reports and actions taken against non conformance and observation
  • Develop QA/QC systems to the Company’s standards and client project specific requirements
  • Develop and manage QA/QC related procedures
  • Maintain a complete register of the Company’s philosophies and project specific specifications for specific projects
  • Obtain Inspection Test Plan (ITP) from suppliers and then review and comment the ITP.  Perform ITP interface between supplier and client.  Compile ITP for the Company’s products / works
  • Verify and maintain SMDL (Supplier Master Documentation List), SPIR (Spare Parts & Interchangeability Record) and QA/QC manuals for specific projects
  • Verify test / inspection / acceptance records and reports of project works and service jobs
  • Coordinate the QM/QA/QC and HSE works
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management
  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality management and HSE management systems
  • Preferable experience & specialization in quality assurance/control, engineering-oil & gas or equivalent
  • Experience in maritime, and oil & gas industries would be an advantage
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with others
  • Independent, resourceful and good problem solving skills
