Location: Orchard area
Working hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Perform reception duties including receiving and attending to walk-in visitors/guests, answering and routing all incoming mails, taking messages and directing calls/queries as required.
Provide administrative support, including despatch/courier services coordination, coordinates general purchases of office stationery and office maintenance.
Provide support on coordination of staff welfare and administration of staff leave and staff medical claims.
O/A level/Diploma with 2-4 years of experience in receptionist & general admin/ secretary experience.
Good Communications and Telephone skills
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to multi-task.
