Maintain the Reception area, greet customers and attend to Walk-in customers
Handle incoming calls, customers' enquries and assist in scheduling appointments
Provide general admin support to Customer Service Department
Assist in preparing daily and monthly reporting
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum 'O' level holder
At least 2 years of experience as Receptionist
Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
Able to work independently and follow up tasks delegated
Customer oriented, good team player and able to work well with all levels of people
Able to work 5� days (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm; Saturday, 8am - 12pm)
