Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the Reception area, greet customers and attend to Walk-in customers
  • Handle incoming calls, customers' enquries and assist in scheduling appointments
  • Provide general admin support to Customer Service Department
  • Assist in preparing daily and monthly reporting
  • Other ad-hoc duties

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' level holder
  • At least 2 years of experience as Receptionist
  • Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Able to work independently and follow up tasks delegated
  • Customer oriented, good team player and able to work well with all levels of people
  • Able to work 5� days (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm; Saturday, 8am - 12pm)
