Receptionist-cum-Business Support


Job Objective:

Responsible for meeting and greeting and providing general administrative support to the team. As the first point of contracts for all clients, you will be the ambassador of the business. It is imperative that you have exceptional people skills and immaculate personal presentation. You must also possess a professional manner, be reliable and well organised.



  • Welcome, coordinate on-site visitors and announce the visitors to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare on-boarding package for new consultants that join PeopleSearch
  • Administrative support in ordering business cards, printing materials and office stationaries and pantry supplies
  • Make preparations for committee and business meetings
  • Performing data entry on an internal platform and filing duties
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing results as needed



  • 1 - 2 experience in office administration duties
  • Warm, friendly, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic disposition
  • Ability to multi task and be meticulous
  • Good IT and computer knowledge
