Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

 


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly with respect, courteously and loyalty
  • Seek to improve the company's image by addressing customers in a polite and courteous manners both in person and over telephone
  • Assist the Service Advisor to handle appointments from customers; write up repair orders and record estimated time on planning sheet
  • Inform customers to bring their cars to the workshop when the ordered parts in a waiting list have arrived
  • Prepare repair orders in co-operation with Service Advisor
  • Provide assistance and supports to Service Advisor and cashier
  • Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Controller or the service personnel and communicate with customers regarding repair works
  • Provide and attend to customers complaint correspondence such as letters and emails
  • Promote the available service programs being offered
  • Assist both Sales and After Sales in improving market share for the dealer operation
  • Take care of office works and general works as assigned by Service Manager for example Customer Filing System
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of service area by following good housekeeping procedures according to Service Manager
  • Ensure smooth documents process in service organization and keep them where easy to locate
  • Any ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, O Levels or N Levels with Certificate in Office Skills
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferred
  • Candidates whom have working experience in automotive industry especially in premium continental cars highly preferred
  • Experienced in customer handling and with good track records
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications
  • Computer literacy
  • Posess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be service oriented, highly motivated, dynamic and have good interpersonal communications skills with all levels of people
  • Bilingual with good written and spoken English
  • Able to commence work immediately/ short notice will be an added advantage
