Main Responsibilities

· Provide reception service for guests and visitors at corporate office
· Attend to incoming telephone calls
· Handle outgoing mails and liaise with courier companies
· Handle incoming mails and arrange for internal distribution
· Responsible for the PABX Call Accounting software monthly report
· Any other general administrative duties as assign:




· Possess GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level qualification
· Responsible and motivated working attitude
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Previous working experience in a reception area dealing with customers would be great advantage
