  • Operate a switchboard/multi-line phone system
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources,
  • Transfer phone calls to appropriate departments or PIC
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing,organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages
  • Keep daily records of front desk operation
  • Other ad-hoc matters
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in reception field
  • Computer knowledge on Microsoft Office application
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • 5.5 working days
