Job Descriptions

Receptionist (Tanjong Pagar)  (up to $2500) / 5 days



1. Attend to all clients, intermediaries and other visitors who come to the Company’s premises

2. Answer visitors’ queries and arrange for them to be attended to by the appropriate department personnel

3. Receive mail that is delivered by hand, as well as dispatch items from there that are intended for collection, as applicable

4. Verify and redirect mails / cheques as appropriate

5. Sort in-coming mails for distribution to respective departments as appropriate

6. Coordinate maintenance of office equipments and premises

7. Oversee housekeeping of Office, including meeting rooms, reception counter, pantry and other common areas

8. Requisite stationery and pantry supplies

9. Provide logistics and administrative support for training

10. Provide administrative support to designated personnel as may be required

11. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
