Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sourcing and establishing of new clientele.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing new client, getting orders, qualifying suitable candidates through networking, research, advertising and referrals, profiling candidates to client and managing the recruitment cycle and job offer process.
Interviewing candidates, maintain network, resume and career advice to candidates
Build and manage existing clients and candidates relationship.
Candidate Criteria
“O” /”A” Level / Diploma holder.
Have at least 1 year working experience in Recruitment, HR-Staffing, recruitment sales role, preferably from the staffing or search industry.
Must be prepared to do telemarketing, cold-calling and interaction from all relevant sources of contact.
Have attained CEI certification requirement by MOM.
Enjoy interacting with people of all level with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Persuasive, resilient and have excellent customer service skills
A disciplined, self-motivated and result-driven attitude is a must in order to be successful in this job
Computer literate in MS Office applications.
Only Singaporean & PR need apply.
Prefer candidates who are able to speak both English & Chinese languages due to daily interaction with clients and candidates.
