Job Descriptions

  • Incumbent will be using sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
  • Developing a good understanding of clients’ business, industry, work culture and requirements of the diverse range of roles they are hiring
  • Advertising vacancies/openings on job portals and see to the attraction of right talents
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, briefing candidates about job responsibilities, salary, benefits of the job opening
  • Managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Conducting reference checks and assessing the suitability of applicants before recommending them to clients
  • Preparing resumes in accordance to standardized template and forwarding to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organising and coordinating interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Keeping candidates informed of results of their interviews
  • Negotiating remuneration and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Building and developing strong working relationships with candidates and employers
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
  • Mature disposition coupled with a dynamic personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to work at all levels
  • Self-motivated and driven, proactive in learning and takes initative
  • Team player who is solution and result-oriented
  • Strong ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines
