The Role of a Recruitment Consultant :
As a Consultant in Bizhub Asia, you will be involved in the entire recruitment cycle and play a leading role in the consultation and management of both clients and candidates. Unlike popular perception, the job is a lot more than simply being the "middle-person" or "go-between" between them.
It is of crucial importance that each Bizhub Asia Consultant assesses professionally and stringently the suitability of each candidate presented to each client, and provides a consultative service to both clients and candidates, based on his or her judgment and market and commercial knowledge.
Identifying and developing client business relationships at all times
Promoting Bizhub Asia's services through warm- and cold-calls and client meetings
Maintaining and building long-term client relationships
Assessing the needs of each particular assignment or client
Searching methodically and quickly and accurately for suitable candidates within our database and in the market and prompt response to clients
Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
Interviewing and assessing candidates and maintaining long-term relationships resulting in candidates loyalty and high referral rates
Managing the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond
To be considered for this role, here are the requirements we will look
Resourceful, self-motivated, persistent and professional in all aspects
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English, and ideally Mandarin
Results and sales driven
Interest in building a successful career in sales or business development
Prior recruitment experience is not a must as extensive training will be provided
Customer / service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team
Enjoys communicating with people and working in a meritocracy environment
Fresh graduates with aspirations to work in a dynamic & pro-active environment are encouraged to apply
