Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment needs of hiring managers as well as identify sources and implement recruitment plan
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire
- Conduct screening and interviews of candidates as well as perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
- Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to have a competitive edge
- Participate in recruitment improvement and/ or cross functional projects
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in recruitment with proven track record of highly successful placement, preferable in the Info-comm industry
- Technical knowledge in building sourcing strategies using a variety of means including cold calling, leveraging competitive resources, networking and data mining Internet tolls, web sites and social networking
- Experience in recruitment needs analysis: recognising areas for improvement, building a case for change, and implementing creative solutions
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and drive result
- Good business acumen, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and negotiation skills
