Description

  • As the Franchise Sales Director, you report directly to the CEO based in Singapore and you will get to be responsible for expanding the business through partnerships across Asia pacific region.
  • You will get to drive the Strategic planning and development activities related to Franchise for the region
  • Assist in the planning of business activities necessary to increase the medium and long term profitability of the franchise business
  • Lead a team of professionals undertaking the functions of technical and R&D support, business consulting, brand development, training and procurement
  • Hold P&L accountability for the international franchise business
  • Support in the analysis of the franchise business, understanding the respective business challenges and growth barriers, and identifying opportunities to improve the business model and revenue generation
  • Lead the selection, evaluation and retention of franchisees
  • Lead the negotiations and providing professional advice to outlet locations
  • Support in the development of franchise market assessment and expansion tools and plans
  • Ensuring compliance of Franchise stores to the firm's International Strategy and Operations standards
  • Manage regional franchise partners and ensure existing franchise practices and brand guidelines are satisfactorily and consistently carried out across the existing franchise system
  • Provide a monthly update to include KPIs and progress on Key Initiatives for the region

Profile

  • At least 10 years holding a leadership position managing various teams in the organisation, ideally from the lifestyle F&B industry with regional exposure in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Brunei, Myanmar, Hong Kong.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • An ability to be creative and think out of the box and take risks
