Responsibilities

• Design, implement and execute proactive recruitment strategies
• Maintain a rich talent pipeline
• Execute recruitment process including on-boarding, orientation and coordinating with hiring managers to  

  help new hires settle in their new roles
• Actively participate in recruitment initiatives such as Career Fairs, Campus Recruitments etc.
• Perform full range of HR duties including preparation of employment contracts, monthly payroll processing

  and staff welfare administration for Singapore and SEA offices
• Liaise with the respective outsourced program consultants for employee training and staff engagement

  activities
• Hands-on monthly statutory employer submissions for the respective offices
• Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters
• Any other HR ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

 

Experiences

• Min. Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of in house/external recruitment experience
