Description

The regional performance marketing manager will drive SEM, conversion, display and paid advertising marketing for the Southeast Asia region. As the main stakeholder in pushing ahead-of-curve performance marketing campaigns for the Southeast Asia region, you will liaise closely with the CMO, senior leadership, as well as local business units and marketing teams in achieving your success metrics.

This role, headquartered in Singapore overseeing SEA, will manage one executive, with a chance to increase headcount once team success is proven.

You will drive and own robust, scalable end-to-end digital performance marketing processes.

Profile

In addition to the above, the successful applicant will be up to the challenge of:

  • Owning & delivering - Achieve maximal performance marketing metrics excellent online campaign performance, accountable to high-growth KPIs.
  • Being an expert internal consultant - You will be tasked with being a digital enabler and educator to the grander team able to work through the line to get the proper buy-in.
  • Outperforming, outmanoeuvring, outshining - Innovate within a crowded industry, move fast, and drive performance.
  • Being a leader of ROI - Capability to render performance directly into leads and sustainable growth year on year.

Job Offer

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of performance marketing experience, with minimum 7-9 years marketing experience as well
  • 1 to 2 years of people management experience
  • Expertise in keyword optimisation
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a relevant discipline is welcome
  • Passion and prior experience for growing new markets
  • Mindset of being a digital marketing entrepreneur
  • Proven record of successful regional digital marketing campaigns
