- Perform after sales service support of repair administration and coordination, including repair receipt, scheduling timeline/ completion, pricing estimate, component / spare parts requisition and tracking, invoicing etc.
- Act as the main point of contact between Watch Technicians and retail stores
- Monitor and update repair status through internal systems
- Handle the escalation process towards subcontractors and/or other service centres
- Perform aesthetic check on repaired items
- Manage and settle claims from customers
- Create sales order and coordinate delivery of spare parts to stores and 3rd parties
- Generating regular and on demand statistics and reports including open orders, lead time etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Possess a GCE O Levels & above, with at least 2 years of Customer Service / Order Processing experience
- Prior experience from Retail Industry is highly advantageous
- Experience in SAP System is highly advantageous
- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
- Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
