[Responsibilities] You will assist in the site supervision of building works (mainly architectural and ID works) with an aim to meet construction progress schedule and quality standards. You are responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and to ensure construction safety.
[Requirements] • Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent; preferably registered with JAC as Resident Technical Officer. • Minimum 6 years architectural/ID site experience in Residential/Commercial/Institution Projects. • Familiar with local statutory regulations with good organization skills in maintaining site records. • Pro-active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit.
