Position Description:

  • Perform functions of a typical airline Maintenance Operations Analyst in support of the P&L objectives of the program
  • Generate configuration, major repair, major alteration, and Airworthiness Directive (AD), Service Bulletin (SB) and Engineering Order (EO) status reports
  • Analyze defect trends and coordinate with Technical Services for evaluation
  • Produce visual tools to illustrate trends and data
  • Audit aircraft and component records and identify opportunities
  • Investigate and resolve aircraft and component issues
  • Act in the same capacity of an airline analyst
  • Manage other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Competencies:

  • At least 3 years’ of administrative support experience in an airline-related setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • SAP knowledge and experience with Reliability or statistical analysis preferred
  • Able to organize, prioritize and structure tasks and information
  • Ready and willing to make decisions and work in a team environment
