An established Food Manufacturing Company in Senoko requires:
Sales Admin Assistant (Across Singapore)
Responsibilities:
BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS :
Prepare purchase order, ensure replenishment of low stocks.
Generate delivery order and invoices to customers.
KEY RESULT AREAS :
Prepare daily delivery summary.
Arrange stock picking list.
Matching of D/O against actual delivery.
Receive phone enquiries and orders from customers.
Generate sales confirmation (AFI & Wintercorn).
Issue of Sales Requisition to Logistics/Laboratory/Production/Purchasing.
Order tracking of export customers.
Generate invoices to Wintercorn.
File and Create BOM in the master file
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level or 'O' Level or equivalent.
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience.
Perferably with ACCPAC knowledge
Ability to interact with all level of staff and across every department in the Company
Hands-on experience with MS Office and Excel is an added advantage
Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately
