An established Food Manufacturing Company in Senoko requires:

Sales Admin Assistant (Across Singapore)

Responsibilities:

BASIC  JOB FUNCTIONS : 

  • Prepare purchase order, ensure replenishment of low stocks.
  • Generate delivery order and invoices to customers. 

KEY RESULT AREAS : 

  • Prepare daily delivery summary.
  • Arrange stock picking list.
  • Matching of D/O against actual delivery.
  • Receive phone enquiries and orders from customers.
  • Generate sales confirmation (AFI & Wintercorn).
  • Issue of Sales Requisition to Logistics/Laboratory/Production/Purchasing.
  • Order tracking of export customers.
  • Generate invoices to Wintercorn.
  • File and Create BOM in the master file 

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least  'N' Level or 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience.
  • Perferably with ACCPAC knowledge
  • Ability to interact with all level of staff and across every department in the Company
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and Excel is an added advantage
  • Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately
