Job scope :
- Secure good relationship with customers
- Process customers’ purchase orders and apply pricing policy
- Answer customers’ queries and prepare quotations of repairs
- Follow up on delivery schedule of repairs and spares by daily contact with workshop
- Handle customers’ logistics needs/problems
Qualifications & Requirement :
- Well-versed in ERP software, preferably SAP B1
- Good commercial knowledge of the aviation industry
- Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred
- A team player – capable of interacting with other departments
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
