Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and sales support to business
  • Assist in sales support in order fulfillment. Tasks include preparing of Sales Order / Delivery Order / Invoice / Pick List.
  • Assist in coordination with warehouse and technical personnel on preparation and readiness of goods
  • Assist in arrangement for courier pick up and/or forwarders for export sales and monitoring goods delivery lead time.
  • Assist in creation and updating of customer database
  • To monitor the advances and payment collections from customers and enter receipts in the AR
  • To assist in checking export sales permit and import permits for GST returns
  • Managing and procuring of office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting office general clerical and administrative duties

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics and telecommunications industry would be advantageous
  • Possess good work attitude, organizational and coordination skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive and ability to multi-task
  • Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates).
  • Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and computer literate
  • Singaporean/ Permanent Residents Only
  • Transport pick up at Jurong East MRT and return
  • 5 days’ work week
