We are now seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Wholesale / Retail sales teams:-
WHOLESALE
Develop new and existing corporate accounts
Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, contract negotiation, quotations, delivery dates and service obligation
Co-ordinate wholesale and company’s events when necessary
RETAIL
Sales and promotion of wine to customers at retail shop floor, including cashiering duties
Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide optimum assistance
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Ensure the retail shop environment is well-kept and maintained
Understand the stock mix in the retail shop and analyse the different demands on the stock; and ensure that inventory is kept at a reasonable level and involve in periodical stock-take
Involve at events and road shows when required
Inform customers of special monthly promotions, marketing events, and wine tasting sessions
May be responsible for opening and closing of the store as a key carrier
Requirements:
Candidates with experiences in F&B / sales / retail and service are preferred.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
